At Two Rivers Building Group, we do things differently.

Two Rivers was born in 2023. Having worked independently in the industry for over a decade, we realized joining forces was an opportunity to be a different kind of building company. The kind of company that approaches the complex and ever evolving work of building and renovating with passion, precision, innovation, and a dedication to the craft.

Our mission is to deliver unmatched craftsmanship inspired by the historic Guelph neighbourhoods we call home, along with a streamlined, clear, professional, and personalized service experience.

At the heart of it all, Two Rivers Building Group is building houses, but we’re also building lasting relationships, timeless spaces, and a legacy of quality in our community. For us, every project is an opportunity to honour Guelph’s history while creating homes where families can thrive for generations to come.

  • We had a fantastic experience working with Two Rivers on our ADU build. From the beginning It was apparent that this was going to be a smooth process. Bobby is very knowledgeable on the administrative side of building an ADU and took care of requirements every step of the way. To start we worked with their lovely designer Emily who took the time to really understand what we were looking for in functionality and aesthetics. Her suggestions on every detail were spot on and she always took the time to bring in samples and discuss options on everything from windows, faucets, flooring, tiles, trim etc…. It truly is a custom build. As for the ADU build itself - amazing! The work that they do is really top notch - Kieran, Levi and Nicky take so much care in the work they do. The pride they have in their work was so evident in the final product. In addition they have good relationships and mutual respect with the tradesmen they hire and they clearly have the same expectations in workmanship.

    All this to say Two Rivers exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the final product! We will absolutely work with them again if we have another construction project. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
