You know the phrase “tear the roof off”? We did that here! This classic 2.5 storey red brick home’s existing hip roof just wasn’t providing the head room and functional space the owners wanted on their third floor. So we rebuilt the roof structure as an A-frame with large gable dormers, creating a full third floor. Our clients led the way on the design of this space, with maple trim and fresh green walls.
