This first floor remodel project is a gem. We took a quirky 1870’s red brick home and restored it, prioritizing function for daily life in 2025 while paying tribute to its heritage with our finish selections. We started with disjointed spaces, ‘handyman specials’, and lack of flow throughout, and totally transformed the main floor. This renovation involved a major upgrade to the HVAC system, rerouting two staircases, and refinishing original floors.
