Project Harvard is our largest ADU build to date. Nestled behind a 1970’s side split, this home was built for our clients to age in place while renting out the main home. A two bed, one bath with custom kitchen and soaring ceilings, this home is truly one of a kind. We incorporated clever design details to enhance the functionality of this small space, including storage above the washroom, appliance garage in the kitchen, and custom closets in the bedrooms.
