Just outside of Guelph, this 1,100 square foot ADU in Rockwood was built to solve a challenge: how to live on the same property as family while maintaining independence. When one generation was ready to downsize and the next was ready to grow, mom and dad needed a home of their own that was comfortable, efficient, and designed for aging in place.
