Our clients had planned to build a garage on their country property, with a pad laid and services run. When the time came, what the family really needed was a multigenerational housing solution. Working with their existing footprint, we transformed what was intended to be a garage into a 2 bedroom ADU with full custom kitchen, fireplace, and beautiful vaulted ceilings.
