This is a continuation of our original College Project where we added a 3rd storey to the existing century home. Our clients asked us to design/build a 1,000 sq ft heated garage with an 800 sq ft Accessory Dwelling Unit. The location is perfectly situated beside the Cutten Club with views of the 9th hole and Downtown Guelph. The exterior is a beautiful blend of red brick, cedar shakes, steel roof and copper cupola and eavestrough. This project really showcases the craftsmanship of our team.
