Arthur St Carriage Home

Our team had a lot of fun working on this old carriage home in Downtown Guelph. On the exterior, we added a new steel roof, cupola, soffits, fascia, eavestrough, doors and repaired the wood siding. Inside, we replaced the mechanical systems, kitchen, wahsroom, tiles, refinished the wood flooring, and added storage throughout. We love extending the life of old buildings and creatinng spaces for people to enjoy for decades.
